International Trade

This program gives a basic comprehensive knowledge about International Trade, so all staff, mostly from the liner, as door openers can give a correct explanation to their potential customers about Trade Products provided by the Bank.

Most of banks only program this knowledge to their staff who handle trade transactions, but most potential customers, first when entering the Bank, will meet with the front liner. If the front liner doesn't have equipt enough with this knowledge, they potentially lose the customers.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Identify any Risks involved in International Trade and how to mitigate
• Understand why knowing your partner is important
• Understand types of payment
