Training and Assessment Skill

Many people have skills and knowledge that very usefull in the workplace. But only few of them have the ability to share them and train others effectively. Training is not only to tell others what and how to do things and make them understand, but also make sure they are able to do it correctly.

After completion of this program, participants will be able to: • Understand the concept of training and adult learning (andragogy) • Understand and able to make a training module and delivery structure to address the objectives • Understand and able to develop an assessment methode to ensure the achievement of the objectives • Understand and able to apply the skill-set of an effective trainer.
