How To Be a Great Trainer - TOT Program

Training in a company is very essential as a part of company growth. By having excellent employees, company will grow much faster and further and all this cannot be separated with the role of designated training. However, sometimes after the training, the result is not what we expect and it can be because of several reasons such as:

1. The training given is not suitable for participants.
2. The training duration is not appropriate for participants.
3. The training effectiveness.
4. The delivery of trainer.
5. The supporting materials of training.
6. The evaluation of training.

Therefore, in this workshop entitled How To Be a Great Trainer - TOT Program, we design 2 day workshop to enhance knowledge and skills to overcome the above matters. This workshop will combine 40% theoretical framework and 60% practice and will be closed by mini teaching role play for all participants. It will also be delivered in FOCUS and FUN ways so that all participants can absorb the material well and enjoyably, and most importantly, can implement it when they return to the workplace.

After completion of this program, participants will be:

2. Able to make and analyze Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
3. Able to design training materials and supporting tools to maximize training impact.
