Large Language Models for the Insurance Sector

Recent development in large language models (LLMs) has paved a real breakthrough in the field of AI. There is a vast number of practical applications that can be made using such AIs in many business sectors. This program will focus on ChatGPT, one of the most prominent LLMs today and its practical uses within the scope of insurance businesses.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand Large Language Models and ChatGPT, what they are, their history, how they came to be, and (in general) what they can and can't do.
• Understand how using ChatGPT can impact and benefit the insurance business (with some examples), so the participants can develop their own use-case ideas.
• Understand the cost-benefit and risk of using ChatGPT, and its alternatives that can be considered to achieve similar objectives.
