A consequence of this trend is that massive innovations leveraging AI technology emerge over the coming years. Unmanaged AI innovations at enteprise scale can reduce the benefits targeted to be gained from implementing the innovations, and can even be detrimental to the company.

Innovation Management System framework (based on ISO 56001) recognizes that the organization’s needs and objectives, processes, size and structure as well as the expectations of various interested parties are important for the establishment and implementation of the Innovation management system.
