Total Productive Maintenance for Improving Productivity and Efficiency

TPM is one of the tools implemented in the Lean Manufacturing concept that focuses on short lead times. In other words, the tools used in machine maintenance to produce a short lead time of the entire process is TPM. TPM is a common activity of the business to pursue something better with low cost. TPM has been widely recognized as a strategic weapon to improve manufacturing performance by increasing the effectiveness of the production facilities. TPM represents part of a sustained effort of world-class companies in the concept of maintenance.
