Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plan

FMEA and Control Plan as part of IATF 16949 core tools, that designed for helping manufacturer particularly automotive suppliers to design, control and optimizing their production process in order to prevent mistakes during process, unpredictable cost due to mishandling, prevent the customer claim due to poor quality, and ensure product launched is safe for customers.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:
