Data Driven Risk Management (Top Risk & KRI)

The Data-Driven Risk Management Training is designed to equip participants with knowledge and analytical skills to transform traditional risk management into a data-driven, measurable, and insightful process. Through a series of structured modules, participants will learn how to identify, assess, and visualize key business risks using operational and financial data. By the end of this training, participants will be able to make risk-based decisions supported by data evidence—improving organizational agility, transparency, and control effectiveness.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the principles of data-driven risk management — distinguish between traditional and data-based approaches, and recognize how data improves risk identification and decision-making.
• Apply data analytics in identifying and prioritizing key risks, using operational and financial data to build objective and quantifiable risk profiles.
• Develop and implement a Key Risk Indicator (KRI) framework that enables continuous monitoring of critical risks from multiple data sources (finance, operations, compliance).
• Design and interpret risk dashboards and reports that visualize top risks, trends, and performance indicators, enabling management to respond proactively.
• Strengthen organizational risk intelligence by integrating data analytics, visualization, and reporting into daily risk management practices.
