Sustainability constitutes the ongoing challenges. This sustainability comprises sustainability competitive advantage, known as SCA. The ABC, in term of Agility, Breakthrough and Continuous Improvement, are deemed as important as capacity building from all level, as Top down and bottom up strategic alignment with its action plan and time line.

The top down approaches are intertwined and combined with the bottom up approaches to create a smooth strategic alignment into action plan and timeline.
