The effective implementation of the AML-CFT and CFP program requires strong synergy and coordination among all relevant work units. Each unit plays a strategic role in ensuring that risk mitigation efforts are aligned, comprehensive, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Cross-functional collaboration enhances the organization’s ability to detect, prevent, and respond to potential threats in a timely and efficient manner

• Promote a shared understanding of AML-CFT & CFP regulatory requirements across relevant work units
• Strengthen inter-unit coordination in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of ML/TF/CFP risks
• Clarify the roles and responsibilities of each unit involved in AML-CFT & CFP implementation to ensure effective operational synergy
• Develop communication and reporting mechanisms to support integrated risk-based approaches
