This program is designed to enhance the awareness of each functional leader on their Risk Policy making process and the implementation of effective risk management. End the end of the program, participants will understand the Bank Risk Management Framework, understand the role of senior management in Risk Management, understand the correlation between bank performance and risk management, understand the process of managing risks in a bank.
