Effective Implementation of Operational Risk Management

Operational Risk Management training aims to increase participants' understanding and skills to understand Operational Risk Management related to uncertainty or failure in business and processes caused by human resource problems, internal process problems, system and infrastructure problems, work accidents, and natural disasters.

They have to know the business and organization well enough to know what kind of risk management best practices so they can take anticipatory and mitigation steps to reduce the impact of risk events and carry out effective supervision.
