Data Driven Risk Management & Risk Intelligence

In today’s highly dynamic each industry, risks such as supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and data/system failures are becoming increasingly complex. This training is designed to help participants optimize data-driven decision-making in risk management, using approaches that combine data analytics and predictive insights. Participants will learn how to build a Risk Dashboard, develop relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and identify Top Risks quantitatively to support the company’s strategic direction.
