Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

In Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt course will teach the relationships between improving quality processes and an organization’s profitability. A certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt has received introductory training in the fundamentals of Six Sigma.

In this training and certification program, you will be trained to identify, monitor and control profit-eating practices within your own processes. You will also be prepared to feed such information to the Black Belts and Green Belts working on larger scale projects

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma
• Actively involve and support as key team member in a LSS project team structure
• understand DMAIC phases in Lean Six Sigma Framework
• Identify types of waste in daily work and operations
• Handle and manage personal or low complexity / Low Hanging Fruit / Just Do It projects
• Support Black Belt or Green Belt projects
