Project Management nowadays becomes more and more popular. It is a methodology that complements Strategic Planning, focusing on the execution part. All Managers from all industries that know Project Management Knowledge will be more effective in achieving their goals. There are 2 main approaches in Project Management, one is Predictive where we make plans upfront, and the other is Adaptive where we know changes are inevitable and we need to accommodate that.
