Project Cycle Management For Social Project Development (using Logical Framework Analysis)

Project Cycle Management (PCM) has its own set of skills and techniques in which without it, the social development projects/programs such as Non-Profit Social Development and Corporate Social Responsibility Projects will fail. In these project/program, the major stakeholders such as users or society are not object of the project/program but the subject.

The program gives participants the skills needed to define, plan, monitor and successfully complete projects while meeting the objectives and engaging with major stakeholders. Case study workshops reinforce the theory sessions which enable the participants to return to the workplace with the ability of using the skills to successfully handle challenges of managing a social development project.
