• Participants know the basic concepts and benefits of Lean Six Sigma
• Participants understand the stages of DMAIC in Lean Six Sigma
• Participants understand and are able to recognize operational defects and waste that need to be repaired to increase customer satisfaction
• Participants know several statistical techniques in Lean Six Sigma according to the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma qualifications
• Participants are able to use the Lean Six Sigma Toolkit and the appropriate Lean Six Sigma templates.
