KAIZEN Process Improvement Project

This course is focused on providing participants intermediate process improvement project planning and implementation steps. This course will discuss a combination of Project Management and Lean Sigma Methodology. Participants will learn the steps of how to ensure the objective of process improvement are met and properly measured.
