Fundamental Project Management

There are lots of project that failed to get stakeholder's attention when they do escalation because of poor planning. Planning is the key success factor in determining if your project will be successful or will "just need to complete". The other key factor is how we communicate the progress to the stakeholder.

As a Project Leader/ Project Coordinator/ Project Manager, it is your responsibility to create a better plan and update it on timely manner so that your project has good visibility and keep all key stakeholders engaged. Failed to do so, means you are 50% failed already.
