Effective Project Management

This course aims to teach participants to run a project according to the standards published in the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge, i.e. understanding the concept of effective Project Management, understanding the framework in the tools used in Project Management, and developing a Project Plan based on the frameworks and elements within the Project Management, in accordance with each proposed project.
