Business Continuity Management training aims to Impart knowledge of emergency responses and critical business recovery actions related to uncertainty or failure in business and processes caused by human resource problems, system and infrastructure problems, work accidents, and external events/natural disasters. Increase the level of confidence of shareholders, investors, and customers in the organization's resiliency, thereby safeguarding their investments or service engagements.
