Basic Lean Six Sigma for Leasing Business

This introductory program helps participants understand how to reduce waste, errors, and barriers in leasing or financing business processes. Examples cover financing applications, verification and surveys, credit analysis, approval, contracting and disbursement, installment administration, collections, and document completion and closure.

Program Objectives:

• Explain the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma using leasing business process examples.
• Recognize customer needs and value-adding activities in financing services.
• Identify waiting time, data errors, and rework in leasing processes.
• Understand the DMAIC sequence as a guide for problem solving.
• Read basic data, use 5 Why at a basic level, and develop improvement ideas.
