Advanced Microsoft Project for Project Planning, Scheduling & Control

This training is designed to enhance participants’ capabilities in utilizing Microsoft Project for comprehensive construction project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost management, progress monitoring, and performance control. Participants will learn to develop a structured Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), build and analyze critical path networks, manage resource capacity, integrate project costs and cash flow forecasts, apply Earned Value Management (EVM), and develop automated project dashboards for effective decision-making and project performance reporting.

Through practical case studies based on construction and facility expansion projects, participants will gain hands-on experience in developing reliable project schedules, managing project constraints, identifying schedule and cost variances, forecasting completion, and maintaining project schedule integrity.
