Problem Solving and Decision Making

In carrying out their work, employees at various levels including assistant managers, managers, and staff sometimes face challenges and problems that must be solved. Solving problems can be done individually or in groups depending on the nature, the interdependence of problems, and the complexity of the problems being faced or a solution to be obtained. The speed of problem-solving and the effectiveness of the solution depends heavily on the technical competence and behavior of the task executors. Even work culture, work ethic, and communication ethics can also be dimensions that influence problem-solving and accurate decision-making processes. Unresolved and/or unresolved problems in an organization have a detrimental impact. Losses can be in the form of material or financial losses and also immaterial, including not achieving job satisfaction, feeling disappointed because ideas are lacking/not channeled, and inhibiting creativity at work. So that unresolved/unresolved problems do not have a worse impact on the organization/company, the competence of the executors of the work needs to be sharpened and improved, both individually and individually.
