Women are powerful agents of change and the far-reaching benefits of diversity and gender parity in leadership and decision-making are increasingly recognized in all spheres. Still, women continue to be vastly under-represented in decision-making in the workplace. In the workplace, many women think we need to be aggressive in order to succeed in our careers. But others tells that women don't need to be aggressive, women need to be assertive.

Women’s empowerment is the process of empowering women. It may be defined in several ways, including accepting women's viewpoints or main an effort to seek them and raising the confidence of women through awareness, literacy & training. Empowerment is a process by which women strengthen their capacity as individuals and collectively to identify and understand and overcome the gender gap.
