Unlocking Creative Thinking and Collaboration

This workshop is a dynamic 3-hour session designed to immerse participants from different divisions within a financial institution in an interactive experience focused on enhancing creative thinking and teamwork. Utilizing the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, participants engage in both individual and collaborative building activities, employing LEGO® bricks as a medium to articulate challenges, ideas, and solutions specific to the banking sector.
