The understanding and improving team collaboration course is about building awareness of great team performance. This course invites team members to recognize the dynamics within the team, and encourages them to find the right role in each phase they go through. interactive courses that contain games to gain insight, and easy-to-understand theories, and facilitate group discussions to determine concrete steps in the future.
