Why do they need to ’play’ together?

They need to ’play’ together because they may communicate informally (some issues may not be communicated in formal situations); they laugh and celebrate together; they focus on common objectives, they physically touch each other and become totally refreshed and motivated.

This 1-day program is designed to remind the importance of teamwork and synergy, to communicate and manage conflict assertively, and to acknowledge their own characteristics and also other team members, so participants may achieve common goals better, faster, and more effectively.
