Social Intelligence as Workforce Fuel

A coaching class that will upskill social intelligence within yourself as the main fuel in the workplace to be more productive, understand boundaries, and more passionate about working with a team.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Increase their social intelligence by applying the five fundamental social skills (communication, active listening, social confidence, managing the impression, and empathy)
• Understand their own and other people's emotional situation
• Increase their level of empathy and know how to apply it
• Improve their social awareness
• Know how to set the right boundaries at work
• Not easily being distracted by the toxic people
• Have the ability to create a healthy working environment
