Process Excellence Adoption

This course provides baseline know-how in dealing with process improvement and continuous improvement. The training will start with Business Process Assessment, where participants will do process rating assessment based on 12 Process Excellence Leading Questions.

During the training events, participants will have learning journey to identify waste of the processes, implication of ineffective and inefficient works and dealing on how to proceed the process improvement efforts toward a continuous improvement project.
