In this uncertaint environment of business, changes happen at anytime and it impacts how organization maintain their business including the way they work. People are expected to be more agile, but on the other side, they are not ready to response in an agile manner. this leads to personal problem and drain to their unproductive behaviors.

Mitigating the bigger effect from that situation, people manager needs to empatethicaly response to and play their role to ensure their team have the right mindset and resiliency to strive. Coaching and counselling can be used as a tool for managers to be presence and facilitate their team growth.
