Program “Own It – From Responsibility to Leadership Impact” aims to develop leaders so they can move from task executors to leaders who demonstrate ownership, think critically and creatively, and manage teams and change effectively. Through a practical and hands-on approach, participants will be equipped with mindsets, skills, and tools that can be applied directly to improve team performance and build a culture of accountability.
