Middle Manager Leadership Program

Middle management level is a highly challenging role because their role pushes them to become a solid bridge in the middle. Mid Manager level should elaborate the top management vision into strategy, while at the same time they should manage a team with several supervisors of various characters.

This training will provide supervisors with tools on how to face leadership barriers in communication style, also enabling managers to facilitate their own coaching sessions and mentoring session for their supervisors. People development is a crucial part to sustain a company's business.
