Mentoring and Coaching Effectiveness

This workshop is designed to help participants delve into the realms of self leadership and emotional intelligence to enhance their mentoring and coaching effectiveness. By understanding and developing emotional intelligence skills, participants will gain insights into how these skills can significantly impact work performance. Additionally, the workshop will establish a connection between emotional intelligence skills and the coaching and mentoring GROW model, providing practical examples and exercises to apply these concepts in real-life scenarios.
