Levelling Up Problem Solving & Decision Making at Work

This program is designed for practical and structured problem-solving and decision-making approaches to help staff and first-line leaders handle workplace challenges more logically, objectively, and collaboratively. By combining analytical tools and a simplified Design Thinking process, participants will be driven how to understand problems from different perspectives, identify root causes, generate solution alternatives, and select practical actions that can be implemented in daily operations.
