Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is still included in the basic level of Lean Six Sigma. There are no prerequisites to take this class, but it is recommended to take the Lean Six Sigma White Belt class before.

In this class, you will learn the five steps to execute a Six Sigma project, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control or commonly known as DMAIC. In the process, you will learn a lot of things including how to combine DMAIC with Lean tools.

You will study the end-to-end process to improve a business process from initiation, and implementation, to evaluation. The description of various kinds of tools will enrich your insight to solve a process problem in an effective, efficient, and comprehensive way.

After completion of this program, participants will be able to understand the steps to implement the DMAIC phase and execute every single tool learned in each phase."
