Leadership Essential Program: Motivate Others

This training session is designed to give an understanding of the importance of motivated employees and how to do it in a management style. The Knowledge of this training will helps Supervisor/Manager/Leader to understand how to motivate their subordinates, peers, and also helps their Superior, based on their individual needs.

After completing this training participants will be able to:

1. Explain the definition of motivation and the benefit it.

2. Recite and explain the motivation theory of Abraham Maslow

3. Recite and Exlpain the motivation theory of Fredrick Herzberg.

4. Analyze motivation needs from the study case given and make the correlation to the motivation theories Abraham Maslow, Fredrick Hezberg , and
   Douglas Mc Gregor theories.

5. Evaluate the proper implementation of motivation at work, based on the case study and motivation theories, Abraham Maslow, Fredrick Hezberg dan Douglas Mc Gregor.
