Leadership Essential Program: Effective Delegation

This training session is designed to equip the Supervisor and Manager in delegating tasks effectively to their subordinates. The training material will cover the definition of delegation, the benefit of delegation, the characteristics of a suitable subordinate to be delegated, delegation steps, and practice.

After completing this training session, the participant will be able to:

1. Identify the benefit of delegation.

2. Explain 3 reasons for delegation.

3. Identify steps of delegation.

4. Demonstrate 7 steps in delegating tasks in the roleplay sessions.
