Leadership Essential Program: Developing Mentoring Skills

This training is designed to equip supervisors and managers with the knowledge and skills to do mentoring to their subordinates. Mentoring is one of the best ways to develop company culture and to develop employees. In this training, participants will learn the fundamental concept of Mentoring, skills required as a impactful Mentor, role, and responsibility of Mentor and Mentee. Enable participants to listen in an empathic way and communicate in assertive ways.
