Leadership Essential Program: Coaching For Improvement

This module is designed to equip leaders with many subordinates. It gives skills and knowledge for the leaders to manage subordinates for their coaching & counseling sessions appropriately. Coaching is one of the most impactful methods to develop employees because coaching helps to build good relations between leaders and their subordinates. Having good relations between leaders and subordinates will help the learning process of each individual, whether the subordinates as well as the superiors. Coaching also helps to create the company culture.

After completing this training, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the definition of Coaching, Counseling, and Mentoring.

2. Explain 3 principles of Coaching and Counseling.

3. Prepare coaching session based on the case given, for roleplay session.

4. Perform coaching steps based on the standard given, in the roleplay session.

5. Perform correct problem analysis and produce a appropriate solution from the cases given in the roleplay.
