Program Objectives

The goal of this program is to get participants to be able to:

1.    Equip supervisors with the managerial skills necessary for them to adapt to ever changing demands
   

2.    Use effective communication skills in order to maintain trust and boost cooperation
   

3.    Implement effective coaching/mentoring techniques to help the team grow 
   

4.    Apply effective time management techniques and setting priorities to increase the productivity of the team
   

5.    Address any conflict among team members 
   

6.    Motivate and support each other in the achievements of targets
   

7.    Handle team members coming from different generations
   

8.    Monitor and evaluate their subordinates’ work
   

9.    Organize and delegate effectively
