In this module, participants will be able to create a comfortable and positive atmosphere that supports coaching conversations, helps the coachee's design, and follow-up coaching sessions.

Coaching Skill Part B

This program is specifically designed for participants to acquire coaching competencies with international
standards so that they become more effective leaders and are able to develop their team's capacity. The program combines classroom learning and implementation approaches to ensure classroom learning can continue and the benefits are measurable for the organization.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

- Develop a mindset and behavior oriented towards the development of people and organizations.

- Demonstrate coaching competencies in 1-on-1 collaborative conversation.

- Provide effective feedback for improving team capacities.

- Facilitate the development of talented individuals for higher career achievements.

- Prepare a structured plan to implement coaching in everyday leadership practices.
