Japanese Business Principles & Etiquette

This training aims to develop professional mindsets, attitudes, and work behaviors aligned with Japanese work culture. Through understanding and applying the principles of Aisatsu, Horenso, and Kakunin, participants are expected to improve their communication skills, discipline, and accuracy in carrying out daily tasks. Participants are also trained to be more proactive in reporting work, communicating progress, and consulting appropriately with superiors and teams.

Furthermore, this training encourages participants to work based on facts, avoid assumptions, and develop a habit of double-checking to minimize errors. This way, participants can better adapt to the Japanese corporate environment, gain trust from superiors, and contribute optimally to the team.
