How to be a good people manager training focuses on how to equip all participants with certain crucial skills on how to be a good leader. Sometimes in company, manager is chosen by his competence or hard skills, but not by his character or soft skills. It can be said that they can work as expected but lack of leading skills which means they are not able to manage team well as what company expects.
