Followership Mastery: Becoming Effective Team Member

Work is one of the activities during life that almost every human being must live. Being an employee is the choice of profession that is most taken by those who are about to or have entered the world of work, whether as employees in private companies, state civil apparatus in a state-owned enterprise, military or others. The consequence of this choice is that they will become subordinates/subordinates (followers) in the company, while some will become leaders (leaders) towards others. In this regard, as subordinates, they must be able to quickly adapt to the rhythm of work, by helping and supporting superiors, to help achieve company goals. But, superiors (companies) find great challenges when they find that some of their subordinates become an added burden for the company, because of their wrong attitude or response, in building cooperation and relationships with superiors. This is what will be avoided, by giving briefings to the staff as subordinates / subordinates, so that they can always make a positive contribution to superiors, as well as the company, in carrying out their duties and obligations.

This training session will be equipped with assessment, exercise, study cases, and many more activities to support the learning journey of the participants.
