Facilitating Skill

Facilitating Skill training program focuses on how to to equip participants with the essential facilitation skills needed to effectively guide group discussions and manage team dynamics in a variety of settings. They will learn core facilitating skill such as; active listening techniques, questioning strategies to encourage participation. Understanding group dynamics and team behaviors to strengthen their ability in managing diverse perspectives and handling conflicts during group discussions. Moreover, they will learn to facilitate decision-making & consensus-building techniques and engagement techniques. They will also be given opportunity to have facilitating simulations.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• implement core facilitating skill to gain participants trust and engagement in the session.
• manage group discussion effectively thus able to build team consensus.
• strengthen the ability to cope with difficult situation in the session
