Essential Leadership Skills Training to Maximize Working Performance

Leadership is a mandatory skill for individuals in a company or in an organization. However, do all leaders possess adequate leadership qualities commensurate with their responsibilities? Sometimes the answer is not. Given the importance of solid leadership in an organization, qualified leaders are needed to carry out the vision and mission of the company.

The training, titled "Essential Leadership Skills to Maximize Work Performance," focuses on how to be a good leader, meeting the expectations of a company, using a humanistic approach.

The initial material will focus on cultivating a growth mindset as a situational and an adaptive leader and how to have a problem solving and a decision making skills. These two fundamental elements are essential for becoming a leader in a company. The next material will focus on effective communication to create solid teamwork. This will be followed by material on the leader as a coach, which teaches students to become coaches (mentors for their teams).

This training, in line with our motto of "FUN and FOCUS," will be delivered in a fun yet beneficial manner for all participants, ensuring that the training is not boring and provides lessons that can be immediately implemented in their future work.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Able to have the growth mindset of leader and have the ability to become a situational and an adaptive leader
• Able to have knowledge and skills to be a problem solver and decision maker
• Able to communicate effectively that leads to solid teamwork performance
• Able to a coach or mentor for the team to maximize performance
