Effective Change Management

An essential core competence of executives and managers are: the ability to plan and implement Change processes, and being able to transform resistance into motivation. This course offers participants the knowledge and understanding on the strategies and methods of Change Management, as well as practical tips & tools to develop and implement change processes based on the concept of the learning organization.

The aim of this course is to get participants to be able to:

• Analyze the Change readiness of their organization
