Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making

Understanding the basic and fundamental knowledge and skills of decision-making and problem-solving is something that must be possessed by all members of the Corporation at various levels. To be able to solve problems and make decisions, the ability to do situation analysis as the first step in the Problem Solving and Decision Making process must be possessed. Increase knowledge of how to empower problems and challenges as a learning process to anticipate future challenges.

After completion of this program, participants will be better able to:

• Understand basic concepts and provide skills to develop applicable and positive impact solutions.
• Able to solve problems and make decisions more effectively.
• Develop good teamwork in the implementation of solutions and decisions to solve problems.
• Improve the ability to analyze a problem and or challenge and take a decision and a solution to solve the problem.
• Develop the required strategy to implement a selected and creative solution in real-life situations.
