Coaching Skills for Leader

The role of the leader in an organization is not just to make sure the business runs well, but how the people who run the business bring out the best in themselves. This can increase the sense of ownership of the team, and a sense of development. Leaders who have the ability to develop teams will increase empathy, understand team dynamics, and understand customers better.

In this course, participants will explore the concept of a leader as a coach, and how coaching can have an impact on the team and organizational development. From this course, leaders will also be encouraged to be able to demonstrate coaching in the organization by practicing the skills needed to create meaningful conversations for employees.
